Thank you for choosing our services. Please read through the following terms and conditions carefully.
Deposit Policy:
To secure your appointment, a deposit of $50 must be paid online, which will be applied towards your final balance.
Late/Tardy Policy:
We understand that tardiness can occur. Please note that there is a 10-minute grace period for both clients and staff. If you are running late by more than 10 minutes, you may be charged a $25 late fee. Appointments may need to be rescheduled if you exceed a 15-minute delay. Timely cancellations are appreciated to accommodate all clients.
Pre-Authorized Card and Fees:
All clients are required to have a card on file for booking appointments. Your card may be charged in case of policy violations. Notify us promptly for cancellations or adjustments to your appointments. Failure to comply with our policies may result in charges applied to the card on file.
Rescheduling Policy:
Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Deposits are transferable for one rescheduled appointment if done with a 24-hour notice.
Packages Policy:
Packages are valid for 30 days from purchase. Missed appointments count as lost sessions, and a single session may need to be purchased to make up for it. Cancelling or no-showing the first appointment in a package incurs the single session charge. Additional cancellations within a package may result in a $50 fee.
Cancellation Policy:
To avoid fees, cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations can only be made over the phone or via text. Late cancellations may result in a 50% charge.
No-Show Policy:
A no-show occurs when a client misses their appointment without prior notice. No-shows result in a 100% charge and may also lead to booking restrictions for future services.
Same Day or Late Cancellations:
Any cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a charge equal to 100% of the reserved services. This includes changes to the services on the day of the appointment.
Note: Please refrain from booking body services during your cycle as appointments will not be accommodated. The 24-hour cancellation policy still applies.

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment please do so within 24 hours - 48 hours in advance.

If you need to reschedule for a later date/time at no additional cost ONLY ONE ATTEMPT can be made. If rescheduled appointment is not fulfilled a NEW DEPOSIT is required.
